Every time you sign in to your Angeleno Account, you will need your email address, your password, and if you set up multi-factor authentication (MFA), access to one of the factors you set up.

Follow these steps to sign in to Angeleno Account.

Note: The link below will take you to your My Account page after you sign in. It will not take you to a partner service. If you’re trying to sign in with your Angeleno Account to a partner service, do not use the link below. Instead, go to the partner service and click sign in from there before following these steps.

1. Enter your email address at https://my.account.lacity.gov.
2. Click the “Continue” button.
3. Enter your password.
4. Click the “Continue” button.
5. If you enabled a MFA factor on your Angeleno Account, authenticate using one of the factors you set up, such as:
   • Entering a one-time code from your authenticator app
   • Entering a one-time code that you receive by SMS/text or by phone call
6. You will be taken to your My Account page or the partner service you are trying to access.
